Having Trouble? Please Read:

Amazon has changed their layout. Don’t click the “READ FOR FREE” button (as you might expect), but actually “purchase” the book. You’ll be “charged”  $0.00 and then you’ll have the book. Easy-peasy. Allow me to apologize on Amazon’s behalf for any confusion.

  1. John, I’m surprised! You say “FREE” Kindle version, but it’s only free if I join Amazon’s $9.99 a month service. So you’re shilling for Amazon now, eh?

    1. Hi Steve-
Thanks for writing. Nope, it’s definitely free until the 5th. Amazon has changed how the page displays so it can be confusing. If you look closely, the cost of the Kindle book is (and will be until the 5th) $0.00. The “Read it for Free” button does have to do with the Kindle Unlimited program, but that’s a separate thing. I know, it’s misleading.

What you have to do is “buy” the Kindle book, and you’ll be “charged” $0.00 and be able to read it. Sorry for the confusion. Amazon has changed their layout since the last time I did this, perhaps to purposefully mislead people.

Let me know if you have any trouble with it and if so, I’d be happy to send you the Kindle e-book file. I’ll be putting something on the blog posts to let others know how to “buy” the book for free. Hope this helps!

      cheers,
      Jon
