Bill Chase: Open Up Wide

I’m kind of on a Bill Chase kick lately. Probably because Bill Chase is one of the few players able to soar into the stratosphere on trumpet and still make good music. Here’s a classic, Open Up Wide. Players began experimenting with effects soon after they came out in the 60s and 70s. This is a pretty cool use of reverb.
